Services: Why spend your valuable time doing housework?
Have us professionally clean your property after your departure.
(Prices vary based upon size of home.)

Arrival
Services: Arrive to a warm lighted home for your weekend
getaway! We'll turn up the heat, turn on the water heater, and
turn on the lights. ($25)

Linen and
Laundry Services: Laundry challenged? We can provide
a high quality linen and towel package for your property with pickup
and drop-off laundry service. (Annual linen fee based upon
size of property, $50 laundry fee for each drop-off.

Snow
Removal Subscriptions: Have your walkways and decks
shoveled! We shovel each time 5 inches of snow accumulates for
$25, so your home is always ready for your arrival. (Longer
walkways and large decks may cost extra.)

Property
Access: Need to let someone have access to your home for
repairs or a short stay? Let us know and they can pick up keys
at our office. (No Charge)

Emergency
Services: We're available 24 Hours a day, seven days a
week for those unforeseen emergences. (Service call and hourly
rates apply.)
