Hotel Policies:1. DEPOSIT: A deposit of one night's lodging for each room reserved is due when the reservation is made. The balance is due upon arrival. 2. SUMMER SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY: If the reservation is cancelled 8 days before arrival, you will receive a refund, less a $25.00 per room processing fee. If cancelled less than 8 days before arrival, deposits are non-refundable. There are no refunds for unused time due to late arrival or early departures. If guests do not arrive on the first day of their reservation and do not cancel or make alternative arrangements, the guest is responsible for pay for the entire reserved stay and the reservation is forfeited. 3. WINTER SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY: If the reservation is cancelled more than three days before arrival, you will receive a refund, less a $25.00 per room processing fee. If cancelled less than three days before arrival, deposits are non-refundable. There are no refunds for unused time due to late arrival or early departures. If guest do not arrive on the first day of their reservation and do not cancel or make alternative arrangements, the guest is responsible for pay for the entire reserved stay and the reservation is forfeited. 4. PACKAGES: Packages must be paid in entirety at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made 8 days prior to scheduled arrival to receive a refund, less a $50.00 cancellation fee. If cancelled less than 8 days before arrival, deposits are non-refundable. 5. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and check-out time is prior to 11:00 a.m. Prior arrangements must be made for early or late check-ins and late departures. Late arrivals can use the late check-in facilities with the code provided in the confirmation email. 6. TELEPHONE: There is no charge for local and toll-free calls. There is no charge for long distance calls, however you must use your personal calling card, a toll-free number or call collect. 7. NO PETS: Please leave your pets at home. Pets are not permitted anywhere on the premises. There is a minimum $100 cleaning charge for stowaway pets, and you will be asked to leave with no refund. 8. SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking in the building (this includes in doorways or near an open window)! Smoking is only permitted outdoors on the balcony. There is a minimum $100 cleaning charge for smoking in the rooms. |
